Join us for a powerful global meditation to honour the challenges and the strength of women and girls around the world who are suffering
in silence.
June 9th at 8 PM (London Time)
For the ones carrying the world without being seen.
For the women and girls breaking silently under pressure.
For all those holding grief, rage, beauty, and hope—at once.
This is your invitation to join a sacred pause.
Together, we will remember what matters.

WHY We meditate?
We are living through unthinkable times.
War. Recession. Fires. Social media overwhelm.
Technological shifts moving faster than our hearts.
And in the midst of it all—the feminine is suffering.
This meditation is for:
The mothers in Gaza, Africa, Ukraine holding their children through fear.
The daughters navigating anxiety and social media comparison.
- The mothers holding their boys in mist of peer pressure.
The women who smile through burnout, who cry quietly when no one is looking.
The girls who’ve forgotten how to feel safe in their own bodies.
For all women and girls who have suffered abuse.
When we meditate together, we create a field of stillness so strong it ripples across the Earth.
It becomes a prayer—one only the heart can speak.
How it works?
We’ll guide you every step of the way.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a series of gentle, reflective emails to prepare you for the experience.
On the day of the event, you’ll get your private access link to join us live.

This Is Just the Beginning
Free Free will host global meditations whenever the world calls for stillness—with a new intention each time.
But this one—this first one—is for her.
The girl you once were.
The woman you are becoming.
The sisters you’ve never met, but somehow feel connected to.
The one who is suffering in silence.
Thank you for showing up.
For your stillness. Your breath. Your care.
We’ll see you on June 9 at 8PM.
Let’s sit together—for her. For all of us.
