EDUCATION PARTNERSHIPS

EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION OF CHANGE-MAKERS

From Harvard University to local schools, Free Free believes the way to increase feminine leadership and consciousness in the future is through young girls and young women.

FREE FREE YOUTH BOARD

Free Free’s Youth Board is a dynamic group of young leaders who are shaping the future of our organisation. Comprised of passionate individuals aged 13 to 18, the Youth Board provides a platform for the next generation to share their perspectives, drive innovation, and champion the values of humility, equality, and freedom that are at the heart of Free Free. As ambassadors and advisors, the Youth Board members leverage their unique experiences and insights to guide the development of our programmes and initiatives tailored to the needs of young people.

The Youth Board is a testament to Free Free’s commitment to lifting as we rise, ensuring that the transformative power of our methodology reaches the leaders of tomorrow.

Success Story: Harvard University

Students at Harvard's Centre for African Studies developed the "Free My Period" project, now operating in Gambia. This initiative not only keeps girls in school but creates economic opportunities for local women who we teach to manufacture their own sustainable period pants, turning them into community entrepreneurs and giving them financial freedom.

SCHOOLS PROGRAMME

Our work with secondary schools builds confidence and capability:

  • Emotional intelligence development
  • Leadership skills training
  • Project management experience.

Through partnerships like TASIS School, we’re helping young women identify their power to create positive change. Students learn to recognise harmful behaviours, build self-esteem, and lead by example.
